1. Are your posters and canvas prints framed or unframed?

  • Posters come unframed.
  • Our canvas prints have a sturdy wooden frame behind the canvas (it’s not visible from the front, but it provides great support).

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • It depends on the product and your location, but as a general rule expect delivery within 4-8 days.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

  • Yes, you can! But keep in mind, our products are made to order, meaning they’re crafted specifically for you after you make a purchase. Once production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you contact us quickly.

4. What sizes are available for your posters and canvas prints?

  • Our posters come in 4 different sizes, ranging from 21x29.7cm / 8x12" to 70x100cm / 28x40".
  • Our canvas prints are available in 4 sizes, from 20x30cm / 8x12" to 50x75cm / 20x30".
  • All sizes are available in both metric and imperial measurements for your convenience!

5. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we do! We offer shipping to the United States and Europe. We’re working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future. Depending on your location and where the product is shipped from, customs taxes or duties might apply, so please check your country’s import rules.

6. How much does shipping cost?

  • Our shipping rates are based on the total purchase amount:

    • For purchases under 50€: Shipping rate is 5€
    • For purchases between 50€ and 100€: Shipping rate is 10€
    • For purchases over 100€: Shipping rate is 15€
    • For the purchase of 2 or more items: Shipping is free of charge. Not compatible with other offers.

10. Do you offer returns or refunds if I change my mind?

  • Yes, we do offer returns or refunds if you change your mind. However, please remember that each product is made to order, meaning it’s crafted just for you once you place the order. This helps us reduce waste and avoid overstock, but it also means we can’t resell returned items. While we’re happy to process returns, we kindly ask you to double-check your selections before ordering.
